Introduction

 Hi, everyone, and welcome to Random Things. I created Random Things as a way to express myself and to post some of my writing. I eventually want to publish a few books. Hopefully, this blog can aid me in improving my writing and meet others who have the same goals. 

You all are probably wondering, who is writing this random blog? 

We will get there in a second but let me provide some background first.

I am a Junior in college, majoring in English, and I am coming up on my Senior year. I have a summer free of classes, but I don't know what to do with it, and I still don't know what to do with my major.  I have many different ideas about what I can do for both of those problems, and one of those is to start a blog. As far as what to call me, most people call me by my full name, but you all can call me Danny.

My Grammar isn't perfect, and neither is my writing. But the only way to improve is to keep writing, so that's what I'll do. I don't expect to make money from this, despite there being ads on the website. I just thought if people do notice this, I can at least make some tuition or gas money.

I'm also trying to move out of my mom's house, but in this economy, it's laughable.
